Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the gt 30 platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between gt 30 and the user. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These terms apply solely to users residing in Bangladesh who are of legal age (18 years or older). Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately. gt 30 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
To open an account on gt 30, you must provide genuine, accurate, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account; creating multiple accounts will be treated as fraudulent activity and all associated accounts will be closed. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact gt 30 support immediately. Verification of the mobile number and email address provided at registration is mandatory and may be used for identity verification in the future. gt 30 may request account verification documents at any time at its discretion.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the gt 30 platform, users must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. Fraud, manipulation, the use of bots, or any automated software on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing, abusive, or harmful behaviour towards other users is not permitted and may result in immediate account closure. Intentionally exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug is treated as a punishable offence. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to gt 30 immediately. Users are fully and personally accountable for all activities carried out through their account.
- Any form of money laundering or attempt to conduct illegal transactions is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing or lending your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
- Platform content may not be republished or distributed without authorisation.
- Operating an account under a false identity may result in legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on gt 30 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and other mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal processing times are displayed separately on the gt 30 site and are subject to change. If a suspicious transaction is detected, gt 30 reserves the right to place a hold on the withdrawal and request additional verification documents. Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be cancelled. Any dispute or discrepancy in a transaction must be reported to gt 30 support within 72 hours; claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.

Withdrawal requests are processed after verification. Funds are sent to the registered account within the specified timeframe.
Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
The gt 30 platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis and is not liable for any service interruptions caused by technical failures, network issues, or unforeseen circumstances. gt 30 does not compensate for financial losses arising from betting or gaming — users place bets entirely at their own risk. gt 30 shall not be held responsible for service outages resulting from natural disasters, government directives, or other force majeure events. gt 30 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a terms violation is found.
- Engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- If found to be a minor, or if false information has been provided.
- Extended account inactivity (in accordance with the applicable policy).
- Upon receipt of a directive from a law enforcement authority.
In the event of account closure, the processing of any remaining balance will depend on the outcome of gt 30's internal investigation, and funds may be forfeited in cases involving fraud.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content
All content on the gt 30 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of gt 30 and is protected under applicable copyright law. No content from the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission from gt 30. Users are granted a limited licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any third-party links or references on the platform are provided for informational purposes only, and gt 30 is not responsible for the content or services of those third parties. Visiting third-party sites is subject to their own terms and conditions, and users do so at their own risk. Unauthorised use of gt 30's trademarks, service marks, or brand name is strictly prohibited.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Gt 30 reserves the right to partially or fully amend, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of publication. For significant updates, gt 30 will endeavour to notify users via their registered contact details; however, it remains the user's responsibility to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh, and both parties are bound by such rulings. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
